Evaluation of contracts made with managers, teachers, special trainers and master teachers working within the scope of Private Education Institutions Law in terms of labor law

The state's supervision and control authority on education and training include private education institutions as well as official education and training institutions. The procedures and principles regarding the education and training establishment permission, the provision of services, and the contracts to be made with the management and personnel are regulated in Law No. 5580 on Private Education Institutions. In the Private Education Institutions Law No. 5580, how private education institutions will be established, working procedures and principles, the qualifications of the personnel to be employed, and the conditions to be found in the contracts to be made with the personnel have been determined. The relationship between private education institutions and the personnel employed is also subject to Labor Law No. 4857, as long as it is an employer-employee relationship. In this study, the contracts made with administrators, teachers, expert instructors, and master instructors working in private education institutions were examined, and evaluations were made in terms of both Laws and Supreme Court decisions by including the contract conditions, working principles, and termination of the contract.
