Appeal against judgements of labour court

The Regional Courts of Justice, no. 5235 which is regulated by law, entered into our judicial system and started on 20 July 2016. Thus, the appeal law route, which was the second step between first instance courts and appeals, entered our legal system again. As in the other courts, both No. 5521 the Labor Courts Law and No. 7036 the Law on Labor Courts, will be evaluated which entered into force on October 25, 2017, stipulate that the final judgment of the labor court can be applied to the appeal law. In this study, the way of court appeal versus business court decisions will be discussed. Provisions of the No. 6100 Law on Civil Law shall apply mutatis mutandis to the provisions of the law on appeal, the provisions of the No. 5521 Work Courts Law and the provisions of the No. 7036 Law on Labor Courts on the way of appeal law.
