The affect of the work stress and organi̇zati̇onal cli̇mate on the performance of employees: Appli̇cati̇on i̇n İstanbul European si̇de town's municipaltys

Recently come to forefront and studied on it, job stress and organisational climate have great importance on development and improvement of the mankind. Performance of the employee is also so significant on the development of the organisations and sustainability of them. The purpose of the study is to clarify the concepts of job stress and organisational climate in theoretical framework and to search the effect of the climate ,which the organisation has, on the perfonmance of the employee without ignoring the effect of the organisational climate on the perfonmance. Within this scope the job stress , in the first part of the study, organisational climate , in the second part, and the perfonmance of the employee in the third part of the study have been examined in detail and those concepts have been analyzed as subtitles with the help of local and foreign references. In the fourth part of the study, on the other hand, a survey application has been conducted on the service sector as a field research and the total data of 200 (two hundred) employees have been analyzed and finally the results of them have been transmitted. According to the results obtained, it is detected that there is a positive relationship between job stress, organisational climate and the perfomance of the employee in the organisational climate.
