Abstract (EN)

In this study, the interaction between job satisfaction and organizational commitment was investigated. The research was performed by using the survey method. Meyer and Allen's three dimensional organizational commitment scale was used to determine the level of personnel's organizational commitment. Dawis and friends's job satisfaction scale was used to evaluate the job satisfaction. The application includes all of the civil servent working (73 person) in the Bilecik Special Provincial Adminstration. First part examine the concept of satisfaction, the importance of satisfaction and to be asociated concepts, factors affecting to job satisfaction, aplications to ensure the job satisfaction, the methods used in the measurement of job satisfaction, theories of job satisfaction and results of the job satisfaction. Second part of the research examine the concept of organizational commitment, the importance of organizational commitment and to be asociated concepts, factors affecting to organizational commitment, the classification of organizational commitment and results of the organizitional commitment. Third part of examine the application study and results obtained.
