Investigation of the effect of workload on work engagement in the context of public personnel: The case of Ağrı province

The importance of the study titled "Examination of the Effect of Workload on Work Engagement in the Context of Public Personnel: Ağrı Province Example" is that it reveals the relationship between two basic variables that have profound effects on the effectiveness and efficiency of the public sector: workload and work engagement. Since the public sector is responsible for meeting the basic needs of society and promoting general well-being, the performance and engagement of employees in this sector are vital to service quality and citizen satisfaction. Therefore, this research aims to make a significant contribution to the public administration literature by examining the factors affecting employee engagement in the public sector and their consequences with a scientific approach.
