Ways to acquire property in Islamic Law

This thesis explains the ways to win the property for the first time. This thesis consists of two parts. In the first chapter, definition and types of goods and property are mentioned. Then it is a way to win the property, but illegal ways of winning are briefly explained. The second part describes the acquisition of the property that was allowed to be acquired before the first time the property was acquired. The mentioned parts of hunting, the acquisition of dead land, the acquisition of grass and trees, such as the necessary conditions for the acquisition of goods and the status of ownership is explained. In the continuation of this discourse, the necessary conditions and conditions for acquiring al-luqatah (the found good), ar-riqaz (the mine and treasure), hukukê tağyer (legally altered property), which were originally considered as the means of gaining ownership, were explained.
