Abstract (EN)

This thesis reviews the subject of " the sale on instalments in Islamic law". It consists of four sections. In the first section, the topic of dealing (sale) is considered in the general meaning, and the descriptions, principles, types and conditions of the sale are reviewe. In the second section, the topic about the sale on instalments is emphasized and the relation between the sale on instalments and price is considered. Moreover, the specifications related to the sale on instalments are emphasized and the validity conditions in order that it can be applied are considered. In the third section; the topic about the legitimacy for the sale on instalments is reviewed. This topic is given with the review on the topics about the legitimacy and provision of forward sale and the forward sale on instalments, and the increase of price in the sale on instalments. In the forth section; the topic of usury will be reviewed. This will be given with the samples of current sale on instalments which is used commonly in today. Moreover, some of the problems related to the sale on instalments and the legal solution ways according to Islamic law for them were mentioned. Murabaha, which is widely used in interest-free banks, is also considered as an installment sale type.
