Abstract (EN)
People wants to live the most beautiful moments of their lives in their minds by pausing those moments, to live those days again, to return to those days if possible, and to live as if they cannot even do it they would just imagine as if they are actually living in those days . Some Muslims segments are yearning for the period of the Holy Prophet SAW and the next three generations despite of the fact that they never lived that time. Today, the sense of longing for the so-called Golden Age of Islam, is being abused by the groups / organizations / communities such as Taliban, al-Qaeda, al-Nusra, Ash- Shabab, ISIS and Boko Haram. As a result, the fear of Islam has spread to the world against Islam. In this case, colonial countries and multinational corporations, which take control of energy supply and production centers, exploit the situation and get their own benefits. Islam, meaning peace, is consciously used with the words war / terror / fear. Islam, which is the subject of political philosophy, has the principles of morality, justice, equality, freedom, humility and tolerance. Today, Islam is shown to be the predator, alienator, exclusionist and violent one of the characteristics of Wahhabism. In this thesis, the aim is to explain that the concept of Salafism known in history and today's Salafism (Neo-Salafism) do not have the same meaning. Prior to this, it is necessary to examine the pre-Islamic and post-Islamic life of the society in which the Salafist mentality belongs, and to understand the cultural codes and the origin of the issue in order to solve the problems in the whole world, especially in the Middle East.
