Islamic financial literacy and its effect on financial directions: The example of Manisa religious personnel

Islamic Finance Literacy and its effects on Financial Managements: In our study which is titled as "Sample for Presidency of Religious Affairs Staff Members of Manisa", we discuss not only about interest based banking and different kinds of interest based financing products which compose most of the current financial system, but also Participation Banks and their financial products which sustain existence through, albeit partly, Islamic rules and Islamic commercial law. Besides the Conventional banks and variety of mere finance providers within an Interest based economic system, financial literacy of many markets and commercial trading is examined and researched into. In the study of which we are dealing, we have studied an acquisition of a financial literacy which is created by the realities of people and institutions having exclusive Islamic sentiments against Interest based system. The people especially with Islamic sentiments when lacking Islamic financial literacy and knowledge refer to the Staff of Religious Affairs or the provincial/metropolitan centers of the institution itself as a first course of action. Questions have been asked in our questionnaire by taking reference of service time, genders, education level and titles of the personnel who work at the Presidency of Religious Affairs for Manisa Province. Through the questionnaire which is undertaken by us, a data is produced by measuring Islamic finance literacy knowledge and awareness of the personnel. As a result of the outcomes of the questionnaire; service time, title, gender and differences in education level together with the current level of Islamic Finance Literacy of the Personnel of Presidency of Religious Affairs for Manisa and questions regarding the financing types implemented in Participation Banks and financing instruments such as stock market, crypto money and to what extent they are aware of these instruments have been researched into.
