Determining educational requirements of the industrial enterpries by in service training and an example of PLC module

In this work, first of all, the information is given on the importance, the deficiencies andthe problems of technical training. Then, the current condition of electrical training andthe expectations of the industrialists from the training of electrics were emphasized.Furthermore, the expectations of the industrialists from the Electrical Training Programwas determined by the aid of the survey called `The survey for the improvement of theElectrical Training Programme in accordance with the Deficiencies in the Industry andthe Industrialists Necessity?. Consequently, an in-service training source about P.L.C. ina modular system was developed fort he staff concerned with the electrical failures inindustrial facilities to make them more skilled.This graduate thesis was prepared to be used as a source for in-service trainings aboutP.L.C. given by the industrialists who wants to overcome the deficiency of their qualifiedstaff concerned with the electrical failures. When this thesis was being prepared, it waspurposed to remove the deficiencies and faults in the studies arranges in the same ordifferent areas in the past years.After this study has been completed, it is planned to apply in Uşak Industrial Zones.
