Abstract (EN)

Today's competitive business environment necessitates continuous self-improvement among organizations and their employees. To survive in this competitive landscape, modern companies must transform into learning organizations, thereby creating individuals who facilitate the creation of a learning organization. The concept of big data, which has become increasingly popular in the journey of organizations toward becoming learning entities, will play a pivotal role. This study aims to examine the areas of big data utilization and contributions in the transformation of businesses into learning organizations. The goal is to develop a reliable and valid scale that measures the state of being a big data-driven learning organization, determining the impact of big data usage on businesses and its effect on the evolution toward a learning organization. To achieve this objective, the stages of scale development were applied to data obtained from top-level executives and company owners in Antalya province. As a result, a reliable and valid scale comprising 3 factors and 22 items, explaining 70.759% of the total variance with a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.951, has been developed.
