Abstract (EN)

In recent years, the popularity of the concept of employer branding has been increasing. The aim of this thesis to put forward by severity of workplace selection criterias about the fields of tourism faculty students' for using in employer branding researchs in Turkiye. In other words, the aim of this thesis to develop a tool for measuring the determinants of employer branding from tourism faculty students' (potential employee) perspective. It's necessary to understand the components of employer branding to create this measuring tool. The thesis was carried out in four stage. In the first step, focus groups were formed in order to draw a general framewrok about the meanings uploads of potential employees who trained in toursim and the employer branding components. In the second step, it was used the expressions and scales in literature on the subject. In the third step, pretest carried out with the item pool and in the forth step, final version of the scale is tested with a large sample group. Employer branding is composed of four dimensions according to results of factor analysis. Also, the Cronbch's Alpha values showed that the scale is reliable and valid. It is observed that reputation dimension propositions are more regarded by the participants in the context of the dimensions of the employer branding in this thesis. After the reputation dimenson it is stated that economic and development dimension are important for the participants. Keywords: Brand, Employer Brand, Employer Brand Scale, Tourism.
