Abstract (EN)
In this study, a new solid phase was synthesized by the ion-imprinting method by imprinting cobalt metals ions (Co (II)) on multi walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT). This synthesized material Co(II) imprinting adsorbent on multi-walled carbon nanotube (Co (II)-Ph-IMWCNT) was used as a solid phase in the solid phase extraction method. After enrichment, Co (II) ions were determinated by FAAS. The most appropriate pH and eluent for Co (II) metal ion type and concentration of eluent, sample volume, flow rate, selectivity etc. were investigated. For Co (II) ions; pH 6, flow rate 2 mL / min, sample volume 250 mL, dedection limit (LOD) for Co (II) under the optimum conditions was 0,41 μg / L and enrichment factor 50. In order to check the accuracy of the developed method, a certified reference material analysis was performed.
