Abstract (EN)

Our country cadaster studies, as of today, have been completed rate of %99 in cadastral law. Thus, it is aimed mainly land cadaster object detected in the ITRF system ¾ -dimensional location data and the spatial data base for the registration of MEGSIS TAKBIS and establishing position standards in the desired. Necessary improvement of the existing cadastral data for this system is a result of conversion should be included in the system. For this, including inadequate cadaster areas renovation study aimed at updating the digital cadastral base and positioned in 3D across the country have been initiated quickly. However, renewal of land cadaster data object covered ¾ of the need for analysis in order to determine the location that produced the dimensional precision position determination which was born. With this thesis, each of property cadaster pads in digital data is converted to digital form obtained was subjected to analysis. At this point the plot area and the coordinate values are determined by comparing the base point position precision of cadastral surveying of those produced by regeneration, whether it was produced in accordance with the current state of true and tested their base is not applicable.
