Abstract (EN)
The keystone of society is the family and one of the most important members of the family is the woman. In today's conditions, there are some difficulties caused by the fact that the woman is working in a job that will provide financial support to her family while fulfilling her family duties. In this study, the effects of the work of a female individual in the family on marriage were examined. And in a way to minimize the negative effects of her working, especially flexible working was emphasized. The study started with the data obtained by reviewing the literature, then this information was evaluated and developed with a survey field study applied to divorced people. In the last section, the data obtained with the statistical analysis were examined in detail and the real situation in social life was reflected in the study in a way. As a result, the aim that is tried to be achieved in this study is to offer solutions so that women can continue their business life on the one hand, and on the other hand, their family will be least affected by the negativities that may occur due to her work.
