Evaluation of activities of public officials out of publicservice within the terms of disciplinary law

The issue of subjecting the activities of public officials out of the public service to the disciplinary law inspection is a comprehensive issue with its aspect reflected in the case law. However, the subject has been neglected to clearly present and evaluate the elements of this issue. In this study, the determination of activities outside the public service, the legitimate basis and limit of their subjecting them to disciplinary law inspection, and how the courts and the public approach the issue in practice are evaluated.
