Abstract (EN)
Mobbing is a deliberate act of palling that a person or a group applies to a person. Mobbing is the behaviors that affects peace in the working life, reduces the productivity of the employees and ultimately damages the workplace. The aim of this study is to determine the level of employee's knowledge about mobbing and the determine the level of their's awareness of ways in which they struggle with mobbing behaviors that increasing in recent years. The research consists of three parts. In the first part of the study, the definition of mobbing, its causes, results, types, effects and methods of struggle are discussed. In the second part of the study, the legal regulations that related to the issue of mobbing were examined. In the third part of the research, there is an evaluation of the survey conducted on the workers of the Post Office of the Kağıthane District in Istanbul City, and various recommendations were made in line with the results.
