Abstract (EN)
Yatırım maliyetlerinin azaltılmasında en önemli konu kamulaştırma ihtiyacının asgariye düşürülmesidir. Bunun için de arazi toplulaştırması önemli bir araç olarak görülmelidir. Bu amaçla tez kapsamında, Kamulaştırmayı Önleme Amaçlı Arazi Toplulaştırma projelerinin yapılış şekli ve maliyet analizleride oluşturularak, ülkemiz için ne kadar önemli olduğu vurgulanacaktır.
