Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, a pile breakwater model which is modeled previously physically is numerically modeled with Flow-3D, a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software. The wave transmission coefficients obtained as a result of the numerical model were compared with the wave transmission coefficients obtained as a result of the physical model. The compatibility between the numerical model results and the physical model results was examined by making changes on the boundary conditions in the numerical model study.
