Abstract (EN)

The mature crayfish (A. leptodactylus) were caughted with pinter at Keban Dam Lake at the breeding season. Carapace lengths of crayfish brought to the laboratory measured by caliper and their weights were weighed. The crayfish were stored for 20 minutes at 20°C and anesthetized. Then the crayfish were dissected and the carapace removed. Macroscopic observations were realized in the reproductive system. All reproductive system and testes were weighed. The Vasa weight (VD), the testicular index (TI) Gonado-somatic index (GI) were calculated. Egg number and diameter-weigh were determined in females. Hepatosomatic index (HSI) were determined after hepatopancreas were weighed. In addition, antioxidant parameters were assessed and compared in gonads of male ve female. Glutathione (GSH) and catalase (CAT) levels were very close to each other in female and early individuals (p> 0.05), while malondialdehyde (MDA) levels were higher in female subjects than male subjects (p <0.05). The means of TI, GSI, HSI was 0.27±0.17, 1.66±0.99 and 3.65±1.04, respectively.
