Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the scope of the guarantor's civil liability in bail contracts which are frequently used in practice are examined.This thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, an examination is made about the scope of the guarantor's liability is limited to maximum limit which is defined in bail contract. In the second chapter, the scope of the guarantor's liability for the principal debt is examined. In the last chapter, the scope of the guarantor's civil liability according to Article 589 of the Turkish Code Of Obligation is examined.
