Abstract (EN)
All of the body movements, which are carried out with the purpose of ensuring physical development, having fun and racing, and observing certain rules and techniques, are all called sports. Sports is one of the most important social events showing the economic, political and cultural richness of the societies. Rapid change in technology has affected the health and training sciences as well as every field. The use of technology in sports has made it possible to make precise measurements and objectively evaluate athletic performances over quantitative data rather than qualitative data. With the application of technology to the health and training sciences, it is ensured that the athletes are trained in every direction and their performances are increased. The performance of the sport in which the athlete is concerned is determined by its motor characteristics, which are classified as strength, endurance, speed, flexibility and coordination. The performance of the training program planned by the coaches and the performance of the athlete during the training can only be determined in the next test. This situation causes both loss of time and economic loss. The main problem in this regard is that the athlete's instant performance during training is not measured and cognitive stimuli are not included in the training programs. In this study, boxing, judo, karate and so on. it is aimed to develop a training and measurement system based on kinetic and kinematic parameters for sports branches that require upper extremity performance. With the developed system, the cognitive stimuli are included in the training program and the force, speed and coordination parameters are instantly measured. The force applied to the color cognitive stimuli that can be determined by the coach during the training of the athlete, the response time to the stimuli, the total training time, the parameters are reported at the end of the training as indicated by the software instantly. As a result, the developed system and the kinetic and kinematic data obtained from the sportive productivity were used to monitor the sportive performance, to develop new training methods suitable for the athlete, to determine the effectiveness of the training program and to predict the disability risk.
