Abstract (EN)

One of the important factors for organizations to survive in tough competition conditions is to increase employee performance. In this context, it will be considered that employee performance can be examined and considered in the literature. Especially today, the important resource in the success of organizations is seen in human resources, which are very difficult to copy and imitate by others. Therefore, the bushes organized by the movement are for the psychological orientation of the individuals and for the employee evaluation of this by examining all the factors that will evaluate it. Employee of both trust and psychological well-being. In this study, individuals who reflect the psychological aspect of the employees were examined with confidence and psychological well-being variables. In this context, the effects of interpersonal trust and psychological well-being of individuals working in a heavy industry sector on employee performance were examined. A quantitative research has been designed for the purpose of the study. The universe of the research is available to employees working in Hisar Çelik Döküm, located in Gebze, Kocaeli. As the data collection tool, the "Organizational Trust Scale" developed by Omarov (2009) for measuring interpersonal trust levels, is to measure the psychological well-being levels of employees Diener et al. (Psychological Well-Being Scale) developed by Telef (2013) and adapted to Turkish by Telef (2013), was developed by Sigler and Pearson (2000) and was adapted to Turkish by Çöl (2008). The Job Performance Scale "and finally the" Personal Information Form "created to compile demographic information of the employees were used. 356 blue and white collar employees participated in the research conducted between 2019-2020. The data obtained in the study were analyzed with SPSS 23 program. According to the findings obtained as a result of correlation and regression analysis, it shows that interpersonal trust and psychological well-being affect positively and significantly the employee performance. Accordingly, as the level of interpersonal trust and psychological well-being increases, employee performance also increases. As a result, it has been determined that the psychological aspect of the employees is one of the precursors of employee performance in this context.
