Abstract (EN)
This study will raise awareness of Geographic Information Systems in Turkey and a common language that will increase the use of Geographic Information Systems is aimed at determining the origin of crowdsourcing Dictionary application. In the study, crowdsourcing based applications and platforms worldwide have been evaluated and methods they followed were investigated. Crowdsourcing projects; management, marketing methods and methods of linking the audience were evaluated. The language required for the software is C # in the .NetCore structure and Postgresql in the database. As a result of the researches, the outline of the application and software method were determined. As a result of the determined methods, the sections of the software are clearly revealed.
