Abstract (EN)
It is impossible for a country to develop with an unefficent financial structure. Being alive of a business, which produces a country?s economy, depends on constantly increasing the productivity. The purpose of this study is providing an idea to the companies in Turkish Republic of North Cyprus in order to increase productivity of public and also private business. The productivity analysis of selected business is explained by RAPMODS analyze method. Not only work power efficiency, but also financial data of business is used by RAPMODS method which can be seen as total productivity indicator.First of all, reference productivity values are calculated in QCD A.Ş., which we made productivity analyze. Then the accepted increase of productivity which is planed and the budget is prepared according to this plan. The first 16 weeks of prepared budget term is compared with target productivity values and this comparing shows that target productivity is not achieved. In order to achieve total productivity target, in the remaining part of the year productivity values are revised as calculated one more time. The reason of failing on the target is found out that the decrease on sales of soft drink sector, which is related to seasonal effect. In order to eliminate seasonal effect preparing summer and winter productivity budgets and then consolidating those budgets is suggested to the company. The second reason for not to achieve target is not creating the expected increase on input items. Industrial engineering and behavior techniques are suggested to increase efficiency of departments which are responsible for those input items.Key Words: Ramsay Productivity Modeling System, RAPMODS, Productivity Analysis, Productivity Measuring Techniques, Productivity.
