Abstract (EN)

Intertrochanteric femur fractures are a common health issue in the elderly population, leading to significant morbidity and mortality. Various surgical techniques and implants are used in the treatment of these fractures, and there are differences in optimal treatment strategies among clinics. Our aim is to evaluate the clinical and radiological outcomes of the patients we have operated on, to analyze the effectiveness of the treatment methods and their superiority if any, and to identify effective surgical methods, treatment success, and factors and outcomes such as mortality.
