Abstract (EN)
In this study, Juvenile Romatoid Arhtritis (JRA), which is in the kollagen issue illness, found with children oxidatif enzyme activities have been investigated. Studies has been done into groups consisting of control group and Juvenile Romatoid Artrit (JRA). In this study, taking blood samples from two groups, level of malondialdehyte (MDA) the measurement of lipid peroxidation from the plasma of these samples, level of one of the antioxidant enzymes, catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) enzyme activities, have been investigated. Patients with JRA acording to control group, the level of MDA has increased sigficantly (p<0,05) statically, catalase and superoxide dismutase activities decreased significantly (p<0,001) statically.As a result, it is decided that Juvenile Romatoid Artrit (JRA) of ailment by increasing lipid peroxidation and inhibating activities of antioxidant enzymes.Key Words : Juvenile Romatoid Artrit (JRA), Catalase (CAT), Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), Malondialdehyde (MDA), Lipid peroxidation, Oxidative Stress.
