Abstract (EN)
Cadastre-based international and national visionary studies that have been going on since the past have made a tremendous impact in the international arena with the acceptance and adoption of Cadastre 2014. Such approaches, which gained a legal status for EU countries with the INSPIRE introduced by the EU, have been standardized under the ISO umbrella as a result of LADM becoming an international standard. Similar approaches that the Turkish cadastral system continued at the beginning with HAKAR and subsequently with TAKBIS attracted attention both in the e-Europe plus process and at FIG. INSPIRE and our country well after the standardization of land administration and e-government on behalf of Turkey being a part of the conversion process TUCBS studies have been initiated. TUCBS; It has been visualized using an object-oriented UML by and integrated with LADM. Green ownership and protected areas, which is the spatial data theme number 34 of INSPIRE, which has been highlighted in the study of Cadastre 2014 and Beyond, are discussed in this study specifically in the SEPZ within TUCBS. In the study, a semi-structured interview form was applied to qualified professionals working in different institutions related to the SEPZ, and a geographic data model integrated with TUCBS was designed with UML data schemes. Necessary spatial data and verbal data were transferred to GIS designed according to the data model and analyzes were carried out. The most important result obtained from the study; Specific to TUCBS, it can be listed that there is no data contact covering all protected areas including SEPAs, that these areas are not produced with the same point-location accuracy as the ownership data, and the coexistence cannot be achieved. It is suggested to design a data model that will make this main topic.
