Abstract (EN)
In this study, 43 locations of Kozluk distrct are studied between the years 2020-2021 in order to evaluate the Papilionoidea and Hesperioidea superfamilies from a faunistic point of view. Evaluations are made on 1.982 materials collected from the field. A total of 103 species are identified in 7 families belonging to butterfly families. It is determined that 64 of these obtained species are new records for Kozluk and 34 for Batman province. Libythea celtis species and Libytheidae family have been added to Batman, and the total number of butterflies in the province has reached 124. Examined samples of each species are given and the distribution of the species in the area are evaluated. In addition, pictures of some locations and adult individuals are presented.
