Abstract (EN)
In this research, it is planned to introduce shyrdak felt art, which is one of the handicrafts of Kyrgyzstan, to record the motifs and meanings used, to ensure that it attracts attention with another art branch, to createa bridge between two different arts, to be transferred to future generations,to show that it can be aimade and attractedattention with interdisciplinary arts. The motif characteristics of traditional handwoven shyrdak carpets found in the cities of Narin, Kockor, Celal-Abad, Issık of Kyrgyzstan are the practice of motif applications with Turkish ebru art. Akkase technique in the art of marbling is called the works created by carving a motif or writing sample from paper or leather. In order to show the applicability of the Akkâse technique in the art of marbling by using different materials and to add a different dimension to the art of marbling with şırdak carpet motifs, original one-to-one şırdak carpet-rug motifs were designed and applied on paper. While trying to introduce the Kyrgyz motifs, it was applied to the akkâse technique of marbling art by acting on the findings obtained as a result of the field research we have personally done. Reading works related to Kyrgyzstan, learning about the Kyrgyz and the people of the region, traditional handicrafts and applied motifs and the sources contained in their meanings were followed and written sources were reached by contacting the experts who knew the meaning of the motifs through mail and social media. Article, book, exhibition, festival, artistic, scientific workshops and symposiums, and shyrdak carpets reaching from the depths of history to the present day should be brought to the literature and carried to future generations. Combining Turkish handicrafts with the techniques of marbling art, to realize motif applications through common points and to show that it can be combined with different common areas by recording, will help to ensure the survival of this art.
