Abstract (EN)
II ABSTRACT Our study includes, translation from "dictionary of Kırgızca-Rusca's Ç, E, I, İ letters to Turkey Turkish and etymological researches of main words. There are 4689 main words in our study. Each words were translated according to Kırgızistans culture. On the other hand, Each word's addition was examinated detailed so that could have been understood better.
