Rebellion in Kyrgyzstan and the wake of the rebellion in Turkistan

The Kyrgyz are one of the ancient Turkish tribes. They established their own state in the period before Christ. Although the Kyrgyz tried to establish their own states by making use of the political authority gap in the historical process, they could not survive under the rule of Huns, Gokturks, Uighurs, Mongols, Timurids and Russians. During Tsar I. Petro, the international policy of Tsarist Russia was shaped. The main objective of these policies is that Russia wants to go to the hot seas and wants to get involved in world politics. For this purpose, the Russians turned their attention to Central Asia due to their expansionist and colonial policies. In the second half of the 20th century, Tsarist Russia occupied the Khanate of Hokand and entered the Russian rule in the Kyrgyz. Russia completely occupied the region XIX. century towards the end. As a result of the Russian occupation of the region and the persecution of the indigenous people, there were occasional rebellions against the government by the indigenous people. The most important of these rebellions is the rebellion in 1916 which is the subject of our study. The reason why the rebellion began was Tsar II. It was Nikola's order on 25 June 1916 to demand workers from the Central Asian Turks to work behind the front. Indigenous people have been subjected to oppression, oppression and exploitation since the day of Russian captivity, and when the demand for workers was added to it, the people's rebellion became inevitable. The rebellion first began on July 4 in Hocent, and then expanded to areas such as Yedi Su, Issık Göl, Bishkek and Yarkent. The records indicate that more than 300 000 Kyrgyz people were killed as a result of the rebellion, most of them were punished and exiled and their land was confiscated.
