Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was carried out to reveal the effects of different media, different cutting types, different IBA doses and different waiting times on the vegetative reproduction of Sedum album L. species, which naturally spreads in the flora of Kırşehir. After the cuttings were prepared, the first group was planted immediately, and the second group was planted after drying for three days. Peat + perlite (3:1) and sand environments were used as rooting medium in the experiment. Cuttings were prepared as tip, leaf, leafy stem and stem cuttings and treated with 0, 50 and 100 ppm doses of IBA before planting. As a result of the research, it was determined that peat + perlite (3:1) environment showed better performance than sand environment and gave higher values in all parameters examined. While rooting occurred in all cutting types in the peat + perlite environment, rooting was occurred only in the tip cuttings in the sand environment. 100% rooting was occurred in torf + perlite environment in tip cuttings, it was 98.12% in sand environment. The effect of planting time and IBA doses on the parameters examined was found to be statistically insignificant (P> 0.05).
