Abstract (EN)

One of the issues that has not lost its remarkable feature throughout the history of humanity has been the issue of 'gender'. Being able to do many things, human beings, at this point where they cannot direct and choose, sometimes fall into quests or tides. Especially in societies where gender injustices prevail, these pursuits have increasingly turned into rebellion. The Supreme Creator, who created and shaped man, sent many envoys to correct such injustices with the religions he sent. However, over time, human beings, whose sacred texts were distorted, continued to inflict pain on both their own sex and the opposite sex in this unjust order, every time with the effect of this. With the new order that came to life with the descent of the Qurʾān, a real gender justice has been achieved. But this over the years; As a result of some traditions, habits, wrong examples, understandings and changing life conditions, it started to deteriorate. For this reason, the number of women's associations and associations representing different gender orientations has increased, but the subject has been taken out of scope with the guidance of malicious people from time to time. Under the name of gender equality, under the main theme of equality between men and women, especially young people are faced with the situation of 'desexualization or orientation to different sexes'. However, at the point where the Qurʾān wants to bring us, it will be understood that neither the issue of gender, which is seen as a problem, nor the openings that impose an extra burden on women, such as gender equality, are unnecessary. Because the Qurʾān offers us a strong gender justice.
