Abstract (EN)

Allah Almighty created human and wanted them to realize him selfby sending them to the earth. In the Qur'an, it has been clearly and unequivocally revealed that thepurpose of man's existence on earth is to know and worship Allah, the Creator. Knowing Allah also includes the meaning of obeying Him.Because Satan was expelled from His mercy because he knew Allah but did not obey Him.In the Qur'an,believers are commanded to accept and therulers who represent Him. Contrary to thisorder, individuals and groups was prohibited and the attitude to betaken against them was clearly stated in Quran.The general characteristics and real intention of these people and group swho are revealed, and hov to approach thems is explained.Our research named 'The commentary of theversesin the Qur'anwith experession " لاَ تُطِع" (Not obediance) consists of interpretation of sixteen verses from nine differant surahs. First of all, after examining the features of the sura in which each verse we are working on and its historical background, as of the position of the verse we tried to interpret in the context of the relationship between siyâk end sibâk. And the aim,it is aimed to determine the messages and common points of the verses we are traying to interpet. Our research consists of an introduction part, the importance and purpose of our subject are given. In the first part, it concept of obedience is analyzed and the framework of meaning is addresesed. In thesecond part, it hasbeen tried to interpret the twelve verses in the nine surahs in the Quran, wich from the basis of our study, in which the expression "لاتُطِع" (Notobediance) is included. In theconclusion we reached from the interpretation of the verses we studied is given.
