Abstract (EN)

Zero waste management within the green management approach is a set of strategies for businesses to develop an evvironmentally sensitive management policy. This set of strategies also includes elements that support an environmentally friendly purchasing policy addressing "green". In this context, businesses primarily pursue the development of environmentally sensitive management as a legal requirement, and in addition, they adopt the zero waste approach which is within the scope of green management in order to protect their corporate reputation and ensure their sustainability. In this study, the arrangements made for the development of environmental consciousness in the business comunity are examined and the zero waste Project is analyzed with a detailed analysis of zero waste management (ZWM) practies in the province of Antalya with a field study. The research includes the staff of Konyaaltı Municipality, Antalya Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization, and three separete branch employees operating in different neighborhoods of a private enterprise existing in Konyaaltı district.
