Abstract (EN)

in ABSTRACT The (şer'i) register of Kütahya in number 72, which we have choasen a subject of study, consist of registration of lawcourt which occured in Kütahya and in its sumoundings in 1904- 1905 in our study, transcriptions of registration of lawcourt like official sertificate, warrant, heritage, formal correspondences, Pious foundations the organization of regency the organization of (kassamhk) and their opperccuation and classification exist. As it is known recistiration of (seriye) means judgements of lawcards. This judgements, which continue from the term of Ottoman Empire to nowadays ocquaint us about social, political and financial life of the society. For example, we can learn the social structure of the society and their mutual relationship by looking the knowledges which have been entered in register, and can learn the financial structure by looking at registrations of heribage and we can learn the content of the relationship between centre and country by looking at central Decree studying on these documents longer and making known to the public the studies will make what is unknown and deficient about Ottoman society clean. İn the register, each of the ovents, which has transfered to the lawcount from Kütahya and its surroundings, has conclued in positive or negative judgement under several of these concluded judgements, the fact that there are witnesses some of whom are important jurists choosen from important people of that region is on important subject which should be mentioned. Besides, the fact that there is no or less registration about theft shows how people are sensitive on these issuas in that age.
