The effect of 12 weeks of training in girls skiing on some of the features biyomotoric

The aim of this study is investigating the effect of skiing on biomotoric characteristics of children with evaluating tests of girls between the age of 8-14 before and after season. The experiment group of this study is 15 girls started skiing in constitution of Erzurum Youth Services and Province Sport Head Office and the control group is 30 girls who are educating in Saltuk Bey Secondary School that totally 45 volunteers has joined to this study. To follow the development of the children in the study Bruininks biomotoric - Oseretsky proficiency testing of engines , Second Edition Short Form (BOT 2 brief) test: Fine Motor Precision , Fine Motor Integration , Manual Dexterity , Bilateral Coordination , Balance , Speed and Agility , Upper-Limb Coordination , Strength and total scores were measured. All measurements were observed changes in the first test by applying the latest testing methods. For Windows SPSS 17.0 statistical package program was used to analyze the data with Independent-Sample t test to be able to find the differences between the groups. Statical meaningful levels are resulted as; p< 0.05 and p< 0.001 It is not found any meaningful difference in the comparision of motoric features of the girls who ski and don't ski in their pre-test. This situation is found as meaningful difference in fine motor skills, fine motor accord and total score after ski training. Ski training contribute fine motor skills, fine motor accord and total score to the girls. Key Words: Skiing, girls, motoric features
