Doç. Dr. H. Ibrahim HAKSEVER In this thesis the observation of the transcript, content, language and manner of "Lâmiî Çelebi 's Münşeat" has been made. In the introduction part, the problem of the thesis has been introduced, the aim, the method and the limits of the study have been stated. In the first part, the observation of Lâmiî's life, his works, the content of his Münşeat and the letters in terms of the language and manner has been performed. Under the heading of "contents" the letters, which Lamiî had written to different people for various reasons have been classified. In these letters he specified different thoughts and emotions. In the "language and manner" part on the other hand, the materials removed from the text have been studied under the subtitles of language and manner in general. Under the heading of evoluation the letters has been emphasised from the aspect of expression, intents and didaktic. The second part consists of the text of this study. The transcripts of Lamiî' s letters have been carrired outBefore letters there is an "introduction" and a result" part at the end. The photocopy of the original text is attached at the end of our study.
