Abstract (EN)
This study aims to evaluate the logistics performance of APEC countries using Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, utilizing data from the World Bank's 2023 Logistics Performance Index (LPI). The criteria weights were determined using the LOPCOW method, followed by ranking the countries through various techniques, including CRADIS, CoCoSo, MARCOS, RSMVC, SPOTIS, AROMAN, and Borda Count. The findings indicate that the criteria for "Score Tracking and Monitoring" and "International Shipment" are of paramount importance, whereas the "Customs" criterion is rated as the least significant. Singapore has consistently maintained its leading position, demonstrating high performance across all methodologies. Furthermore, this study distinguishes itself from existing literature that primarily focuses on single-method approaches by integrating eight distinct MCDM methods, thereby enhancing the reliability of the results. The findings of this research will likely contribute valuable insights for future studies in this field.
