Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to examine the mediating role of workplace loneliness in mushroom management on employee performance. The population of the research consists of research assistants working at Fırat and Munzur universities in Elazığ and Tunceli provinces. In the research, 212 surveys were collected using the survey technique as a data collection tool, 2 surveys were excluded due to lack of data and analysis was carried out using 210 surveys. A 19-question mushroom management scale, a 4-question employee performance scale and a 16-question loneliness scale were used in the research. SPSS 26.00 program were used to analyze the data. According to the results, there is a significant and negative relationship between the mushroom management approach and employee performance, a significant and positive relationship between the mushroom management approach and workplace loneliness, a significant and negative relationship between workplace loneliness and employee performance, and finally It has been determined that workplace loneliness has a mediating role in the effect of mushroom management on employee performance.
