Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, medical radioisotopes are used for identification of diseases, determination the concentrations of hormons, antibodies and drugs that accumulate in blood or organs and for radiation treatment as a main purpose. Request for medical radioisotopes increases in our country and on the world. Medical radioisotopes are produced in nuclear reactors, cyclotrons and radioactive nucleus generator. In this study, variable nuclear reactions , which medical radioisotopes are produced from, were scanned from EXFOR Library. Alternative nuclear reactions that medical radioisotopes are produced from, reactions that are simulated by GEANT4 and TALYS codes, cross sections, energies and number of produced radioisotopes are obtained.
