Abstract (EN)
Since the 1980s, the central bank independence, is yet new on a field of study that continued research. Time inconsistency and independence based on fundamental concepts such unpleasant monetarist view, means to determine the final destination of the movement can be independent from the bank and the government. This situation reveals the result of the anti-inflationary central bank authorities. In this study, central bank independence process has been studied in theoretical basis of determining the effect of this process. Independence of the Republic of Turkey Central Bank inflation, manufacturing, examining the impact on the budget deficit and the growth rate is explained effect on the country's economy.
