Abstract (EN)
The aim of the research was to examine the effect of fatigue on the relationship between psychosocial risk management and sleep quality of vocational teachers. The research was conducted using the descriptive-relational model. The universe of the research consisted of 526 vocational teachers working in the central districts of Kastamonu and Trabzon in the 2023-2024 academic year. The study was conducted with 296 vocational teachers who agreed to participate in the research voluntarily. The data of the research were collected using the "Descriptive Characteristic Form", "Institutional Purpose Psychosocial Risk Management Scale", "Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale" and "Chalder Fatigue Scale". The statistics of the data were performed using the "IBM SPSS 22 Statistics for Windows, Version 22.0" program. As a result of the research, the mean total score of sleep quality was found as 6.07±1.41, the mean general fatigue score was found as 11.13±1.45 and the mean total score of psychosocial risk management was found as 273.42±10.78 in vocational teachers. A negative correlation was found at the level of r= -0.235 (p<0.01) between the total score of sleep quality and the total score of psychosocial risk management. This result showed that there was a significant decrease in fatigue scores when psychosocial risk management scores were high. A negative correlation was found at the level of r= -0.227 (p<0.01) between the total score of fatigue and the total score of psychosocial risk management. This result showed that there was a significant decrease in fatigue scores when psychosocial risk management scores were high. A positive significant correlation was found at the level of r= 0.465 (p=0.063) between the total score of fatigue and the total score of sleep quality. This result showed that there was a significant increase in sleep quality scores when fatigue scores were high.
