Determation of job satisfaction levels of national education schools staff based on demegraphic: A case study

The purpose of this study was to determine how much the school principals ' management type saffect the level of job satisfaction of school staff. Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire, including 38 questions, was applied to schools staff. Survey results were collected and analyzed as quantitative data. This present study was conducted 22 publicand 3 private schools in Bahcelievler, Istanbul. The data was collected from a total of 420 participant imcluding 3 schoo principles, 19 assiatant principles, 385 teachers, 7 officers, and 6 seravnts (school housekeepers). There sults show that a statistically significant difference was found between level of working institution. However, there is nostatistically significance found forage, job satisfaction, gender ,total experience ,experience in the curren tinstitution(status), education level (educational status), marital status, and jobtitles (status). These results providere commendations for school staff job satisfaction in private and publicschools.
