Figure in sculpture art in the modern period and after

There are three main chapters in the thesis about the place of the figure in the sculpture art in the period from the first half of the 19th century when modernism began. In the first part, the general definition of sculpture, figure and the place that the body acquired in the periodical process; in the second part, the development, changes and transformations of the human figure in the art of sculpture in the historical process starting from Modernism and including the Postmodern period are included. In the third part, the artists who have given figurative works in sculpture art with the rapidly developing industrialization, production, renewal and change of social structure, the use of figure in the works of art, the ways of reflecting different points of view to the figure as a result of the changes in the art and personal approaches are examined.
