Abstract (EN)

Descriptive verbs are verbs that are formed by adding an adverbial verb suffix to the main verb and then an auxiliary verb, and that enable us to visualize the form and style of the formation and action in the main verb, as well as the construction of the main verb, and to describe it verbally and in writing. This compound verb structure brings vitality to the language, while allowing us to understand and explain the event that is intended to be described more clearly and explicitly. This structure has been widely used since the earliest periods of the Turkish Language and currently in today's Kazakh Turkish. In this thesis, Muhtar Maghavin's work "Tazının Ölimi" was transcribed and transferred to Turkish, and based on this work, descriptive verbs in Kazakh Turkish were examined and classified according to the meanings they add to the sentence. Keywords: Kazakh Turkish, Muhtar Mağavin, Tazının Ölimi, Descriptive Verbs.
