Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the effect of individualized education program supported by musical activities on the success of elementary school students who have computational difficulties electrophysiologically. Mixed pattern research was selected as the research model and qualitative and quantitative research methods were used together. The study group of the study consists of four students attending 3rd grade and 4th grade in primary school in Kutahya province, diagnosed with mild special learning difficulties and experiencing learning difficulties in mathematic lesson. Evaluation form, training module and math songs were prepared in accordance with these gains. In order to determine the effect of the training module and math songs on the achievement of the students, evaluation form was applied to the participants as pre-test and post-test. In addition, EEG shooting was done to the participants before and after the training module and math songs that were applied for twelve weeks. During the EEG shootings, 10 questions were asked to the participants in order to enable them to perform operations on the mind. The power densities of the obtained EEG data were calculated by using Welch method in Matlab program. Descriptive analysis techniques were used to analyze the qualitative data of the study. As a result of the study, when the results of the evaluation form of the processing skills of the students with special learning difficulties were examined, it was seen that the training module and math songs had a positive effect on the processing skills of the students. In addition, it has been shown that the education module and math songs prepared for the process gains from the mind are supported by electrophysiological evaluations that increase the success of primary school students.
