Abstract (EN)

1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition reactions are among the most powerful and direct approaches for the synthesis of five membered organic molecules. During the past several decades, nitrile oxides are becoming increasingly important in providing intermediates for the synthesis of complex molecules, including natural products and bioactive compounds. Syntheses of novel azaheterocycles are the focus of this dissertation through 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of nitrile oxides. The results and discussion sections of this thesis are divided into four parts:Part 1 describes an efficient intermolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of a variety of nitrolic acids which are precursors of nitrile oxides with phenyl- and methyl vinylsulfone. This transformation produces stable 4,5-dihydroisoxazole-containing stereo- and regioselective cycloadducts.Part 2 is mainly consisted of the investigation of a novel tricyclic oxadiazol-tetrahydropyrrolo-oxadiazole structure via a reaction of alkylidene-2-pyrrolidines with nitrolic acids. A plausible mechanism for this reaction is proposed, which suggests nitrosation of the enamine by the nitrous acid that is liberated from the nitrolic acid......
