Abstract (EN)
In this study, the relationship between teacher?s self-efficacy andorganizational citizenship behaviour is examined. The relationship betweenorganizational citizenship behaviour and teacher?s self-efficacy is examinedwhile same other factors such as organizational justice, exhaustion, alienationwere taken into account.Results show that teacher?s self-efficacy have direct effect onorganizational citizenship behaviour. In addition, organizational justice,exhaustion and alienation also have direct effect on organizational citizenshipbehaviour.Key Words: Self-efficacy, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour,Educational Administration, Organizational Behaviour
